Sets the current time of a sound source.

Declaration

	  - The sound source to change the gain of.

Returns
-------

None.

Notes
-----

If ``newTime`` is greater than the current's :doc:`/types/Sound/index`'s ``length``, the sound stops, unless ``soundSourceID`` is looping.
