Sets the Buffer's cursor's position.

Notes
-----

If ``cursorPosition`` exceeds the size of the :doc:`/types/Buffer/index`, this function will throw an `std::out_of_range <https://en.cppreference.com/w/cpp/error/out_of_range>`_ exception.
